AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES

The hotels and services listed in the offer are not booked before the reception of the required deposit. Price and availability may thus vary upon the booking date. In case of unavailability of the offered services, similar services and hotels will be suggested.

 

SALES CONDITIONS

A 30% deposit is required at the time of the booking and full payment will be due 45 days prior to the arrival date in France, unless otherwise advised. Payment is made in Euros and can be made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) or wire transfer. 

 

FINAL DOCUMENTS

You will receive the final documents, via email, 30 days prior to the arrival date in France. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Inland Travel strongly recommends that travelers purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance. The following cancellation penalties apply for FIT bookings:

 

• In case of cancellation up to 60 days prior to the arrival date, 10% of the full cost of the tour will be charged

• In case of cancellation from 60 days to 31 days prior to the arrival date, 30% of the full cost  the tour will be charged

• In case of cancellation from 30 days to 15 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the full cost  the tour will be charged

• In case of cancellation less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the full cost  the tour will be charged

Within 30 days of receiving written notification of the cancellation, refund will be processed.

UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

Trip costs do not include items not specified in the itinerary. Although Inland Travel will make every effort to adhere to this itinerary, on rare occasions it may be necessary to make an adjustment to these arrangements. Should such adjustment be necessary, a substitute will be offered when and where possible.

 

Inland Travel cannot accept liability if war, terrorist activities, civil unrest, exceptional  closures of airports and seaports, and any other event outside the control of Inland Travel, occurs and causes cancellations, delays, holidays changes or extensions.

 

LIABILITY - INSURANCES

Inland Travel SAS owns the national travel agent license n° IM034190012 allowing us to act as a Destination Management Company and operate tours in France.

Inland Travel SAS is also a member of the APST which covers all our clients for Inland Travel SAS’s risk of bankruptcy.

Inland Travel SAS liabilities are covered by the insurance HISCOX for all risks outlined in the laws and regulations applicable to the professional bodies operating travel tours in France.

 

However, participants are strongly advised to take a personal travel insurance:

Inland Travel cannot accept liability for any resulting injury, expense, loss or damage to person or property.

 

These conditions are governed by French law and both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of French courts at all times.
